close without the aid of battery back up or electricity
at a controlled speed when the fusible link breaks.
The door can be reset automatically without tools or
a rolling door technician.
INSULATED -slats constructed from
galvanized steel primed slats with 1" thick insulation.
MOTOR
OPERATORS -to be integral assemblies with Nema
rated electrical components, Model MO, consisting of
high torque motor,
braking system, self-locking gearing, gear reducer with
worm gears in oil bath, emergency chain operator with
disconnect and electrical safety interlock, internal
reversing magnetic controller, push-button station with
open-close-stop, internal pre-wiring. Motor
to be removable without affecting chain operation or
limit switch setting.
SAFETY EDGE BOTTOM BARS -to be furnished
on motor
operated doors, which, upon contact with an object,

FASCIAS -to be furnished at open
areas behind hoods, if indicated to be by door manufacturer.
FUSIBLE LINKS BOTH SIDES -of wall
to be provided, to allow thermal release from either
side of wall.
RELEASES -of the (magnetic) (electro-thermal
link) type to be provided, that will activate the closing
mechanism, in addition to thermal release. Wiring to
be by others.
SMOKE DETECTORS -of the (ionization)
(photo-electric) type to be provided, in conjunction
with release.

spring against the door shaft.
OPERATION -to be (Push-up with handles)
(Chain and reduction gears; maximum pull of 35 lbs.)
(Motor-refer
to options).
