Multilevel Pricing Our pricing method is somewhat unique. It's based upon a few factors, none of which relate to "Who is better than Whom." Tenure, In-salon educational activities and overall experience are some of the criteria for price levels. You can feel comfortable with any stylist you choose, each has gone through extensive training before they ever get to do your hair.
Appointments A credit card number must be taken to secure appointments for new clients, updo's and extensive color appointments. We allot a great deal of time for you so we may accommodate your needs.
Cancellations and No-Show Policy For Salon Please honor our 24 hour advance notice cancellation policy so we might accommodate another client. Persistent no - shows and late cancellations will result in prepayment for future appointments.
Scheduling We recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving, so you will get the exact appointment you desire.
Refunds and Exchanges We do not refund the cost of any service provided or product purchased. If you are unhappy with a service you received, please allow us to correct that. In the case of a product you purchased, if you are not happy with the way it is performing, we will exchange it for one that does.
Arriving Late for an Appointment We realize there will be times when a client will be late for an appointment. In such instances the allotted time for the service will be shortened accordingly, with no fee adjustment.
Comfort And Children No children are permitted on the Cutting Floor unless receiving a service and for their protection, no children are permitted in the Color Area. For the comfort of all clients, pagers and ringers should be turned off before entering the Salon.

Checking In Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow time to comfortably prepare for your Experience with us.
Personal Belongings Because Spa treatments require bare skin and freedom to move, we request you reframe from wearing jewelry. The Experience Day Spa at Christopher Jon Salon is not responsible for your personal belongings. Dress comfortable. We provide clean robes or gowns and slippers as well as towels for your comfort.
Spa Etiquette The Experience Day Spa at Christopher Jon Salon was designed to be a clean, safe and quiet environment. Special attention has been made to provide ultimate relaxation. Voices must be kept low and conversation minimal. For the comfort of all clients, no cell phones and pagers are permitted in any Spa area .
Age Requirements and Children Guest must be 18 years of age to receive services, otherwise a parent or guardian's approval is required. Please, the Spa is not for children. A crying or impatient child could disrupt our peaceful environment, therefore, under no circumstances are children permitted in any Spa area.
Appointments
We do reqvire a valid credit card to secure all appointmnents. For packages a 50% deposit and credit card number is required.
Payment Policy We do not accept checks. We do accept most major credit cards and ATM cards.
Gratuities Individual services do not include gratuities. Most clients add 18% to 20% when they are pleased with the service they received. *A 18 % gratuity will be added to all Package Experiences that include 3 or more services. You may add more if you wish.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are sold in any denomination or you can purchase a preset package or create your own.
