We work together with the Architect, Designer and our project team to form an effective project group for making informed decisions.

First and foremost, we are builders. Being on the cutting edge of technology and information in the field of building science is very important to us. In that spirit we have become involved with and embraced the principles of sustainable green building. We believe that the principles and techniques that have evolved from this environmentally sensitive mindset is sound and of the highest priority if we are to become more energy efficient as we move forward.

Building as an integrated system is an important concept. To construct projects in which HVAC, lighting, insulation and construction materials are selected and installed in order to make the total project more efficient than the sum of its components. E.VINCENT firmly believes this is the future of our industry and to that effect we have become certified to implement these techniques and materials as well as modified our construction standards to reflect these principles. Sensible modifications in building materials, techniques and installation yield a variety of benefits to the final project in the form of; end use, comfort, energy consumption and the lifecycle cost.
