After you move in, EVINCENT will be there to provide “White Glove” scheduled service and maintenance.
Our philosophy is to provide as scheduled “pro-active” service and maintenance so that we may take care of any issues before they become problems. We take control of the many vendors that are used in maintaining the properties that our Client’s own. Our service includes formulating a custom schedule for annual service and maintenance for our Client’s homes, as well as executing that schedule.
Our scheduled maintenance includes; weekly inspections, service scheduling; HVAC, Appliance, Pool, Irrigation, Waste, Lawn/Garden care, Burner/Boiler, Fireplace and Generators. Our service includes monitoring and scheduling all utility services such as; oil, natural gas and propane. During our weekly inspections we monitor and report on the condition of the structure. We look at all the components from paint to structure, inside and out. We provide and note any items that require repair or maintenance. A report of inspection is forwarded to the Client weekly. Any emergency items are brought to their attention immediately.
As an additional service we provide detailed Property Manuals of a Clients home and its systems. These manuals provide an organized and concise compilation of all the systems installed in a home as well as instructions on their care and maintenance.
E.VINCENT’s scheduled maintenance program is designed to provide our Clients their homes ready for use and fully functional for the season. Our program organizes the required maintenance and service in a coordinated and condensed schedule during the time when the Client is not in residence so that they may enjoy and unfettered stay when they are home.
