Privacy Policy

APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS. A deposit of 50 % is required to hold an appointment of an hour or more. We ask that you give us 24 hour notice for cancellation to avoid losing your deposit. We recommend you leave your jewelry home, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings. We provide lockers, robes and slippers for your visit.

SPA ETIQUETTE. We request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to check in, change and relax. The allotted time for your services does not allow for late arrivals. In the event of a late arrival, our staff will do their best to accommodate you in the remaining time and our full fee will be expected. Since we are committed to giving you and all our loyal clients the very best service in a serene and relaxing environment, please understand children are not allowed in the spa.
