Flawless Facilitation is an experiential workshop designed to develop the skills and to provide essential tools to increase group productivity, improve problem solving and decision-making, increase group collaboration and buy-in. and shorten group decision making cycle times. 

Key Content

Facilitation is organized into four core modules:

• Introduction to Facilitation ­ This module describes our facilitation philosophy and model.  It outlines the four critical skills of effective facilitation (Process, Task, Interaction, Logistics).  It also describes the internal character qualities an effective facilitator must demonstrate in order to build group trust.  Our facilitation model sets the framework for the three-day program.
• Task and Process Focus ­ This module provides an array of facilitation techniques and tools that clarify and focus the group's task and stimulate creative problem solving and decision-making. These are the tools used by the "best " facilitators in the industry.
• Quality Interaction ­ This module discusses strategies to increase the quality of group interaction, to encourage the full participation of each member of the group, and to deal effectively with disagreements, conflicts or dysfunctional behaviors.
• Logistics Management ­ This module provides detailed instructions for managing the environmental factors and logistics (room setup, supplies) which promote quality discussion and efficient completion of the group's task.

Flawless Facilitation is a three-day program that includes intensive participant practice in the latest facilitation techniques.  Our average student-to-trainer ratio is 8 to 1. This ensures that each participant will receive individualized coaching and feedback from seasoned facilitators on how they can enhance their facilitation effectiveness.  Participants will walk away with video taped participant practice sessions and a toolkit of proven facilitator activities and strategies.
