Persuasive presentations provides the knowledge and improves the skills that any employee needs to successfully communicate with others. The content and exercises in this program can be applied to stand up presentations, business meetings, sales calls, as well as everyday interactions. |

Key Content |
Persuasive Presentations is organized into five core modules: |
- Introduction to Persuasive Presentations This module describes a model that encompasses the critical components essential for becoming an effective presenter: Knowing your targets, organizing your topic, using your tools, and leveraging your talent. It also sets the framework for the two-day program.
- You the Presenter This module teaches the participants how to leverage their own talents. Using aspects of the, body, face and voice, it introduces the skills that lead to winning presentations.
- Planning the Presentation This module describes how to organize your topic into a presentation that sells. It explains the steps that should be considered during the planning process and describes a structure that organizes and presents ideas persuasively.
- The Audience and the Environment This module describes the different roles of a presenter. It also incorporates many adult learning principles and relates them to creating an effective presentation. Finally it explains how to get maximum impact using your environment.
- Using Presentation Aids and Support Material This module describes all of the tools (visual, auditory, and tactile) that extraordinary speakers use to get impact with their presentations.

Persuasive Presentations is a two-day (minimum) program that includes three video taped participant presentations. Each participant receives individualized coaching and feedback from seasoned presenters on how they can enhance their delivery skills. |

Optional Modules |
Persuasive presentations also offers the following enhancement modules: |
- Meaningful Examples and Effective Storytelling This module is designed to assist participants in identifying the elements of an effective example/story and describes how to incorporate examples and storytelling into a presentation.
- Managing Participant Behavior This module looks at participant behavior in a classroom or conference room. Participants learn how to manage counterproductive participant behavior and encourage positive behavior.
- Facilitating Audience Involvement This module introduces the participants to the concepts of facilitation and is designed to assist them in understanding the importance of incorporating effective questions into their presentations to maximize audience involvement and learning.
