a pleasure to work with. They were a very
experienced and conscientious group who
worked with extreme speed and expertise.
They were gracious and considerate. There
was absolutely no overcharge or hidden
expenses. And, everything arrived intact.
In fact, some minor repairs were made
where there were loose hinges and
screws!
The move was made effortless and
stressless for me and I would only give
you the highest recommendation. In
addition to my moving day experience I

Dear Jacob:
I just wanted to take the time to thank
you for the service you company provided
to assist me with my move. From the
moment I talked to you on the phone when I
was calling around for estimates, you
stood head and shoulders above the rest
because of your courtesy and
professionalism. Human nature being
what it is, I initially elected to go with
on of your competitors because of their
cheaper advertised rate. What a
mistake that was. To make a long and
frustrating story short, I ended up
sending them away from my apartment
because we were arguing over fees which
had suddenly changed from what I was
quoted over the phone.
You immediately came to mind as I was
standing there suddenly with an apartment
full of furniture, a move deadline, and no
moving company. I called you and you
immediately calmed my fears by assuring me
that you could send over a team before my
deadline.
I noted a difference as soon as your guys
walked through the door. They were
friendly and courteous, and best of all
they were fast!! In fact, so fast
that you ended up being cheaper than your
competitors in the long run. All of
my furniture was moved, without a nick or
scratch. There were no charges that
hadn't been discussed over the phone, and
there was absolutely no stress
involved. It was such a good feeling
to be able to put total trust in you and
these guys and to just sit back and
relax.
It's obvious that everyone at Ideal takes
pride in their work, which is reflected in
the level of service which is
provided. I would highly recommend
Ideal Moving and Storage to my friends and
family and to anyone considering a
move. The next time I move, there
will be no hesitation whatsoever as to who
will be helping me out. Once again I
